Flyer printers may feel 'a sense of optimism' going into 2011

Those in the marketing industry - such as flyer printers - feel relatively secure about the year ahead, it has been claimed.

Companies in the marketing sector, such as flyer printers, feel fairly optimistic and calm about the market over the next 12 months, according to an expert.

Editor of Marketing Week Mark Choueke said in an article for the publication although there has not been much positive news lately, there is always a sense of renewal going into a new calendar year.

After speaking with 30 top marketing directors and chief executives for a cover feature on 2011, he stated one view that resonated fairly strongly was that nobody can really predict what will happen over the coming months.

"But what also materialised among the mixed views was a sense of calm," Mr Choueke continued.

He added most companies feel they have the strategies in place to deal with whatever the new year throws at them.

And those looking to implement innovative schemes over the coming months may wish to take inspiration from Nova Direct Mail and its new scented post, which is expecting a busy 2011 according to Print Week.
